You will not be charged any additional fee if you return the balance within the first three days. However, from the fourth day until you top up or receive a transfer, a fixed charge of 5 CUP will be applied.

The requested amount will automatically be deducted from your first top-up or transfer. The total amount to be paid includes: The requested amount (25 or 50 CUP) and an additional charge of % CUP if more than three days have passed.

As long as you have an outstanding debt, you will not be able to perform the following actions:

Ownership transfe
Line allocation by use
SIM to uSIM change
Call report
Line cancellation by own request
