By dialing this number, you can report damages detected in the public telephone lines,  equipment and cable networks. It is also the way to manage complaints, dissatisfaction and any opinion or suggestion about services offered by ETECSA.

114 Repairs:

By dialing 114, you can report interruptions in residential, state-owned, commercial and public telephone lines. You can also receive information about the status of complaints and causes leading to the service disconnection or failure.

Reports can be made from a fixed or mobile phone. From a mobile, you can also send an SMS to 114 to report fixed telephony and data service interruptions.

The SMS text to be sent by customers to 114 must have the following structure:

114: Number of the link you want to report: contact phone number

Examples:

• In a report for a fixed phone, the text must be: 114:72049690:52641932
• In a report for a data service, the text must be: 114:HED150707:52641932
