ETECSA has implemented a Consumer Protection System, designed in accordance with the provisions of Resolution 54 of 2018 of the Ministry of Internal Commerce, MINCIN, the governing body of Consumer Protection in Cuba designated in Decree-Law No. 321 of 23 of May 2014.

To comply with these country directives, the company has established Guidelines for Consumer Protection.
