MOBILE TOP-UP

Using your main balance, you can send messages and make domestic and international calls at the established rates. You can also transfer balance to another mobile phone line or purchase available mobile plans by dialing *133#.

If you need balance, you may make domestic top-ups of up to 360 CUP within 30 days, using one of the following methods:

  • Transfermóvil

 Through your bank card starting from 25 CUP.

 Through your CUP account on MiTransfer wallet.

 By using the code from a top-up card.

  • Online Services (from the web or an app)

Through your bank card starting from 25 CUP, via Transfermóvil or Enzona

  • Cards or top-up vouchers (120 CUP and 240 CUP)

By dialing *666, free of charge and following the instructions.

 Quickly, by dialing *662*code#.

Other options: At our commercial offices and via Telecommunications Agents

Remember: Only top-up of 100 CUP or more extend the line validity period.

You can also receive top-ups from abroad, through relatives or friends, via the official websites with which ETECSA has established agreements.

BALANCE TRANSFER

Balance transfer is a quick and easy service that you can directly manage from your mobile phone without additional setup. You can transfer balance to any relative or friend who have a prepaid mobile phone line.

  • Do you want to send balance to another mobile phone line? Here's a step-by-step guide:

Warnings:

  • Balance transfers received do not extend the validity period of the mobile phone line.
  • You can carry out up to three transfers per day, each with a maximum value of 1000 CUP.
  • You can receive multiple transfers as long as your balance line does not exceed 500 000 CUP.
  • Each transfer costs 5 CUP which is deducted from the main balance.
  • Your default password is 1234, but for safety reasons, change it! You can do so through Online Services or by dialing *234# and choosing option 2.

ADVANCE BALANCE

If you ran out of balance and need an advance, dial *234# and choose option 3. You can request for an advance of 25 CUP or 50 CUP, provided that you comply with the following requirements:

  • Your main balance is less than 0.75 CUP.
  • You have carried out at least one top-up in the last two months.
  • You do not have any outstanding debts from previous advances.
  • You do not have any bond of minutes, messages or money.
  • You have a consumption-based tariff deactivated.
