To keep you in touch with yours at all times, we offer you the permanent mobile phone line:

Total cost: 1000 CUP

• Activation fee: 750 CUP
• Initial balance: 250 CUP

Validity period

• Active for 330 days
• + 180 additional days to receive only calls and SMS (suspension period).
• So as to preserve your phone line, you must top up with at least 100 CUP before the end of this period.

• Call waiting
• Call forwarding and call divert
• Balance transfer between mobile phones

Something you must know

• You can have up to three mobile phone lines active at the same time.
• The minimum age for contracting a line is 18 years old.
• You can change your SIM card at a cost of 75 CUP
• You can change your number at a cost of 250 CUP
• Your relatives or friends living abroad can purchase you a mobile line via the Internet

If you purchase VOICE and SMS Plans, you can enjoy preferential rates for domestic calls and messages.

MOBILE DATA AND CONFIGURATION

You can also use your line for Internet navigation through the mobile data service.

What do you need to connect using mobile data?

• A 3G or 4G compatible mobile phone
• An uSIM card (for 4G network)
• Enable mobile data
• Adjust the network according to coverage
• Configure the Nauta APN

MOBILE DATA: Consumption-based rates

• 0.50 CUP/MB (international navigation).
• 0.25 CUP/MB (domestic navigation).

These rates are deducted directly from the mobile phone main balance.

Recommendation: Activate a data plan and disable the consumption fee to protect your mobile balance and prevent unexpected expenses.
