Our Commercials Offices are the Company’s first and foremost point of contact where a comprehensive customer care is provided. The Company's service and product marketing, as well as contractual procedures and relations with regard to wired and mobile telephony, data transmission and internet services are carried out. They are located in central places and near the communities they heed in order that people access to them.

Telecommunications Multiservice Centers are sited in central places of localities. They provide public telecommunications services such as card top-up and sales, rapid invoice charging, equipment and accessory sales of, mobile service marketing, navigation rooms, among others. They are divided into Minipunto and Telepunto.

Minipuntos are small-sized points of sale spread out in all localities so as to guarantee the population with a better access to the most elemental public telecommunications services, such as prepaid cards sales and top-up and rapid telephone invoice charging. 

Telepuntos are Telecommunications Multiservice Centers providing a whole range of ETECSA's products and services. They are characterized by their location in central areas of greater public gathering. There is one Telepunto in each provincial main town.

We have specialized units providing services to Telecommunications Agents, who are ETECSAʹs allies allowing to bring services even closer to the population at the community and people’s council level.
