If you do not have a Nauta account to associate with the service, one is enabled for free and you can recharge it by any of the currently established channels (international recharge, recharge coupons, direct recharge in commercial units) as long as you wish to access the service and you have already used up the contracted time.

​​​​​​Yes, you can change from the TCP offer with computer programmer license for Residential at the time you want or for another offer aimed at this segment, in any of the cases in the first invoice you will be charged the cost of installation of the new service.

If you no longer have the license, you cannot benefit from these offers, so you must go to the commercial office and request to cancel it. Likewise, ETECSA will periodically verify the active licenses and will cancel the service to those users who no longer have them.
