ETECSA makes an analysis of its management during 2021.

On the Saturday morning, February 5, a working meeting (Annual Closing Balance 2021) was held as part of the company's work system to annually share work results, achievements and projections for the current year, as well as to discuss strategic issues, through a face-to-face meeting with national authorities, executives and outstanding workers.

The agenda included the Central Report presented by ETECSA's Executive President, Tania Velazquez Rodriguez, who also spoke on behalf of the company's senior executives who showed the work deployed in key activities during 2021.

On 2022, ETECSA will continue working on the deployment of broadband Internet access technologies, increasing connectivity levels for the institutional sector and individuals, as well as e-commerce in the country, guaranteeing the expansion and high availability of the systems that support it and consolidating work with companies in the sector, universities and research centers in order to more effectively manage RDI projects and science and technical activities.

Another work objective will be to accelerate the development and expansion of Data Center capacities and projects that contribute to the digitalization of business processes, promoting a more effective relationship with our customers.

Undoubtedly, a year where uniting people was our most valuable achievement. "Our happiness is to unite", more than a communication company slogan, is the express recognition that our greatest desire is to continue connecting each and every one of our customers.
