Permanent nauta accounts

• For you to connect in Wi-Fi places, navigation rooms and even in nauta Hogar.
• It is permanent because it can be Topped Up.
• Its usage varies according to the type of account:
  • If it is for international navigation, it uses up 12.50 CUP/ hour
  • If it is for national navigation, it uses up 2.50 CUP / hour
• Request it in our commercial offices. 

Something you should know:

• The international browsing account includes an email account @nauta.cu
• Its life cycle is 330 days and an additional 30 days before deleting it. If you top-up it before that time, it is extended for another 360 days.
• Through the portal.nauta.cu you can manage the account: top-up it, transfer balance to another account, change password, and verify connection times and places.
• You can also top it up through: online Services, Transfermóvil, Enzona, directly at ETECSA's commercial unit or from abroad by relatives or friends
• With the nauta App, you can connect safely to the WIFI network.

Temporary nauta Account

Ideal for occasional connections on WIFI sites, navigation rooms and nauta Hogar. It is offered through prepaid cards.

• Available in any ETECSA’s commercial office, navigation rooms at airports, hotels and tourist facilities.
