Permanent nauta accounts

• It is permanent because it can be Topped Up.
• Its usage varies according to the type of account:

  • If it is for national navigation, it uses up 2.50 CUP / hour

Something you should know:

• The international browsing account includes an email account @nauta.cu
• Its life cycle is 330 days and an additional 30 days before deleting it. If you top-up it before that time, it is extended for another 360 days.
• Through the www.nauta.cu you can manage the account: top-up it, transfer balance to another account, change password, and verify connection times and places.
• You can also top it up through: online Services, Transfermóvil, Enzona, directly at ETECSA's commercial unit or from abroad by relatives or friends
• With the nauta App, you can connect safely to the WIFI network.

nautaPLUSaccount

• For unlimited Internetbrowsing.
• Offers of  15 USD and 25 USD, valid for 15 and 30 days respectively.
• Accesible from services such as nauta Hogar, Wifi areas and navigation rooms, as if they were using permanent nauta accounts or temporary cards.
• This is perfect for large uses such as work, research or studies, downloads and more, which could generate higher costs for mobile data.
• The account is not rechargeable and can only be purchased through the USD account belonging to the Bolsa Mi Transfer.

Something you should know:

• To connect for the first time with nauta Plus, you must first activate and define the password in the portal. https://www.nauta.cu
• Once the account expires, it will no longer be available and, in order to continue enjoying the benefits of this modality, a new one must be purchased.

Temporary nauta Account

Ideal for occasional connections on WIFI sites, navigation rooms and nauta Hogar. It is offered through prepaid cards.

• Available in any ETECSA’s commercial office, navigation rooms at airports, hotels and tourist facilities.
