To request the service, you should:

• Have telephone service.
• Live in an area where the service is marketed.
• Choose the speed according to the wired network conditions reaching your home.
• An access account under the domain name @nauta.com.cu to which the monthly navigation hours are included, is associated with the service. If this time runs out, you may top-up the account by prepaying what you wish to consume. The navigation tariff, after the assigned hours are fully used up, is 0.50 CUC/hour.
